Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free to the lower 48 US states, normally by USPS. Weekday orders placed before noon Mountain Time ship the same day. Expedited options are available for an extra charge.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. If the shipping rate quoted at checkout seems high, email your parts list and shipping address to sales@britishiron.com and we will check the cost.

What is your return policy?

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in new condition with the original packaging and an RMA form. Bearings, service tools and electrical items cannot be returned, and clearance and 2nd's items are sold as-is.
